At the Kenosha Literacy Council (KLC) we believe that literacy is a basic human right and the foundation for lifelong learning. The Kenosha Literacy Council is a non-profit organization made up of teachers, learners, tutors, volunteers and donors all working together to improve adult literacy in Kenosha County.
